Replace a full arch of missing teeth with four implants and a fixed, permanent set of teeth.
(5-star rating from our smiling customers.)
All-on-4 is a full arch restoration technique that uses four titanium implants to support a complete set of fixed teeth for an entire upper or lower jaw. Two implants are placed vertically in the front and two are angled in the back to maximize contact with available bone.
Because the back implants are angled, All-on-4 often works for patients with moderate bone loss without requiring bone grafting first. In most cases, a temporary set of teeth is placed the same day as surgery.

You are missing most or all of your teeth on your upper or lower arch
You are currently wearing full dentures and want a permanent fixed alternative
You want a solution that distributes bite force more evenly and feels more natural than fewer implants
You have sufficient bone density to support six implants — or are a candidate for bone grafting
You want complete arch restoration without the maintenance and limitations of removable dentures

We evaluate your bone volume and arch structure using cone beam CT imaging. This tells us exactly where to position the four implants for maximum stability without grafting.

All four implants are placed in a single surgical session under local anesthesia or conscious sedation. The procedure typically takes two to three hours. Most patients report feeling pressure but no pain.

A temporary fixed arch is attached to your implants before you leave. You go home with a full set of teeth and can eat soft foods the same day.

After 3 to 6 months of healing and osseointegration, your permanent custom arch is attached. It is precisely fitted to your jaw and fixed permanently in place.

Most patients receive a temporary fixed set of teeth on the same day as their implant surgery.

The angled back implants are designed to work with available bone, making All-on-4 accessible to patients with moderate bone loss.

Your new arch is anchored to the implants and stays in place. No adhesives, no nightly removal, no shifting.

The implants stimulate your jawbone the way natural tooth roots do, stopping the bone deterioration that continues under dentures.

All-on-6 replaces an entire arch of missing teeth with one fixed, comprehensive solution — upper, lower, or both.

Six implants distribute bite force more evenly across the jaw than fewer-implant solutions — providing a more natural feel and greater long-term stability.

Your new arch is permanently fixed — no removal at night, no adhesives, no slipping, no dietary restrictions.

With proper care and regular checkups, dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution. Results vary by patient, and our team will give you an honest assessment of what to expect during your consultation.
All-on-4 in Manhattan typically ranges from $20,000 to $35,000 per arch. The final cost depends on the condition of your bone, whether any extractions are needed, and the material selected for your final arch. Our team will verify your insurance benefits and walk you through CareCredit financing options including no-interest payment plans.

No. All-on-4 uses just four implants to support an entire arch of teeth. Individual implants for every tooth would require 10 to 14 implants per arch, which is rarely necessary and far more expensive.
You can eat soft foods on the day of surgery with your temporary teeth. Once your permanent arch is placed after healing is complete, most patients report being able to eat a full normal diet.
The implant posts are designed to be permanent. The arch prosthesis itself may need servicing or replacement after 10 to 20 years depending on material and wear. Proper home care and regular checkups are essential.
The difference is the number of implants supporting the arch. More implants spread bite force more evenly and can add long-term stability. Dr. Krinick evaluates each patient individually and recommends the number that fits their anatomy and goals.
