Snap-in dentures anchored to implants stay firmly in place while you eat, speak, and smile.
(5-star rating from our smiling customers.)
Implant supported dentures are a hybrid solution that combines the coverage of a traditional denture with the stability of dental implants. Two to four implants are placed in the jaw and your denture snaps securely onto them.
Unlike conventional dentures that rest on your gums, implant supported dentures do not shift, slip, or require adhesive. They can be removed for cleaning but stay firmly locked in place throughout the day. They also stimulate the jawbone, slowing bone loss.

You wear full dentures that shift or cause discomfort
You are missing all teeth in one or both arches
You want more stability than conventional dentures but are not ready for a fixed arch
You want to preserve jawbone without committing to a full implant arch
You want a removable option that actually stays put

Consultation and Planning
We assess your bone density and jaw structure using cone beam CT imaging to confirm how many implants are needed and where to position them for the strongest hold.

Two to four titanium posts are placed into your jawbone under local anesthesia. The procedure is completed in a single session. Most patients return to normal activity within a few days.

Over 3 to 6 months the implants fuse with your jawbone. A temporary denture keeps you comfortable and functional throughout the healing phase.

Once fully healed, your custom denture is fitted with precision attachments that snap securely onto the implants. You click it in each morning and remove it each night for cleaning.

Implant anchors hold your denture firmly in place so you can eat and speak without thinking about it.

The implant posts stimulate the bone just like natural roots do, slowing the bone loss that conventional dentures allow to continue.

Remove the denture each night to clean it properly. The implants themselves stay in place and are cared for like natural teeth.

More stability and bone protection than conventional dentures, at a lower cost and complexity than a fully fixed arch restoration.

All-on-6 replaces an entire arch of missing teeth with one fixed, comprehensive solution — upper, lower, or both.

Six implants distribute bite force more evenly across the jaw than fewer-implant solutions — providing a more natural feel and greater long-term stability.

Your new arch is permanently fixed — no removal at night, no adhesives, no slipping, no dietary restrictions.

With proper care and regular checkups, dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution. Results vary by patient, and our team will give you an honest assessment of what to expect during your consultation.

Regular dentures rest on your gums and rely on suction or adhesive to stay in place. Implant supported dentures snap onto titanium posts anchored in your jaw, giving you a significantly more stable and comfortable fit.
Yes. Most implant supported dentures are designed to be removable. You snap them in during the day and take them out at night for cleaning. This also makes maintaining the implant sites easier.
Typically two to four implants per arch, depending on your bone density and the type of denture system being used. Dr. Krinick will determine the right number based on your imaging and treatment goals.
A fixed arch is generally more stable and does more to preserve bone. Implant supported dentures are a strong middle-ground option for patients who want more stability than conventional dentures but prefer a removable solution.
